Enhancements to the 'Agency Details' Section in ClientHub
Previously, when a customer viewed their 'Agency Details,' it may have been challenging for them to locate information like the agency's physical address or website within the 'Service' and 'Sales' sections. We've moved this information to its own tab to make this easier. Now, a customer can navigate to the 'Visit Us' section to access the agency website and location.
Bug Fixes to Team Member Invites within GloveBoxHQ
We recently launched a brand-new 'Team Members' tab in GloveBoxHQ designed to give your agency a clearer picture of the status of each invite you've sent to your staff. This week, we've made some adjustments to this tab to ensure that once an invite has been accepted, the expired invites for that team member will no longer show. Additionally, we've added logic to prevent duplicate invites from being sent to staff. Now, if you try to send an invite to an already invited or active team member, you'll receive a message letting you know this person has already been invited.
New 'Quick Links' Section on the GloveBoxHQ 'Overview' Tab
We've added a new section within the GloveBox 'Overview' tab that gives you quick access to key actions within GloveBox, including the ability to add a team member as an Owner, invite a new client, and access training resources.
Addition of Attributes on Elite Agent 'Agency Details' Pages
We've added the ability to customize even more options within the 'Agency Details' section of an Elite Agent platform. Now, your Elite Agents can add their own Agency Bill Pay links, Agency Bill Claim links, and Facebook Reviews. These enhancements will make it even simpler to direct customers to the right place when managing their policies with your agency.
