Product Release Notes - September 21st through October 10th, 2024

Our team has been hard at work making improvements to GloveBoxHQ, ClientHub, and Mobile Apps through bug fixes, new features, and enhancements to the products. Here's what changed since our last release.

Package Policies Launch in GloveBoxHQ

Previously, when multiple policies with the same policy number were ingested to GloveBox — also called a Package Policy — GloveBox would display only one of the policy lines.

Now, when our system detects a package policy with multiple policy lines, all lines will be displayed for agency staff and the customer. This will list “Package” as the main policy type, and the option to view or add “Policy Lines” will be made available within the Package.

Agency team members can create a package policy and add in policy lines manually in GloveBoxHQ, and Package Policies imported from the carrier or AMS will automatically include policy lines.

To create a package policy, you can choose the option to add a policy and choose Package as the Policy type. Enter in your policy details and save the policy. Once saved, the option to “Add Policy Lines” will become available. You can search for and select the relevant policy lines.

Once lines are added or imported from the AMS or Carrier, the option to upload documents to a specific policy line will appear.

At this time, adding a document to a policy line is only supported for manually created policies. For policies imported from the carrier or an AMS, documents will be added to the Package Policy itself. Stay tuned for future enhancements that will allow documents to be uploaded to policy lines across the board.

Release of Package Policies in ClientHub and the Mobile Apps

The previously mentioned package policies feature also includes functionality for your customers.

Once signed in to ClientHub or the Mobile Apps, the customer will see their package policy right when they open the app or ClientHub.

When they select the package policy, it will take them over to the “My Policies” section, which provides the customer with a breakdown of the policy lines.

Package policies also offers enhanced clarity for customers who are looking for specific documents. Within the “My Documents” section, the Policy Type will indicate “Policy Line - Package” to let the customer know the documents pertain to a specific line within their package policy.

Similar enhancements are available for the GloveBox Modals that allow customers to Make a Claim, Pay a Bill, and Access Roadside Assistance.

Stay tuned for more exciting updates in our next release!
