Use the Help Desk in HQ to connect with the Agency Success Team and search GloveBox University's knowledge base articles.
Click the blue icon at the bottom right of HQ to open Help Desk.
From Help Desk, team members can:
- Perform a quick search of GBU's resources
- Chat directly with your Agency Success Manager
From Help Desk Search, use keywords to search for and locate answers/articles on specific topics, and quickly access GBU training materials right from HQ.
If you have a more specific question/issue, simply click the Chat feature to be immediately connected with your agency's own Agency Success Manager (ASM).
You can typically expect a response in a few minutes, however if your ASM cannot answer your inquiry promptly, you have the option to provide your email address. Your ASM will follow up with you as soon as they become available. Please note that this is a live chat, not a chatbot, so ASMs are typically only available during business hours during week.
